Performance Anxiety

Anyone can experience performance anxiety. There are times in our life when we may be asked to give a presentation at school or work, or preparing to perform in a play or musical, and worried we will forget our lines, or preparing for the big game, and afraid you may not be as good as people say you are. Maybe you are returning to work or sports after an injury, and experiencing severe anxiety about getting hurt again.


EMDR therapy aims to help you reprocess unhealthy beliefs, feelings, or memories and as you let go of fears and insecurities trapped in your body, you will also take in a sense of trust and grounded confidence in your talent and skills.
